AN EXCITING CHANCE TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM
As a Morning Operations Voyager, you will assist the Manager with breakfast service operations, support the Banqueting and In Room Dining Supervisor on a daily basis, while ensuring the high level of service required in line with W standards and the original concept. You will be responsible for checking and refilling the Mixbars in the rooms, as well as B&F service in the Spa.
You will contribute to the development, implementation and enforcement of quality standards for the department. You will liaise with customers to ensure a high quality customer experience.
Supervised by the Talent Coaches, you will enjoy working as part of a team to support and develop talent.
You will pay particular attention to grooming rules and service procedures.
To ensure that everything is under control, you will be on the floor most of the time.
The ideal Voyager for this role has experience in a 5* hotel environment, and is looking to join a multi-skilled and dynamic team to be trained as a Supervisor over a period of 18 months.
