Position description :
We are looking for a motivated Technical Assistant to support the USP Team by executing fermentations and analytical tasks. This challenging and diverse position will include the following tasks and responsibilities: Perform In-house fermentations, including bioreactor preparation, sampling, cleaning; Execute sample analysis by using SDS-PAGE, HPLC, Western Blot, etc.; Cloning of expression systems for microbial production of DARPins; Maintenance of lab and instruments; Support other functions if needed (Downstream Processing and Formulation & Analytics, potentially Lead Generation, etc.); Presentation of results in team and project meetings.
