As part of its ongoing growth, Exoscale is hiring a Software Engineer for its customer management platform.
This position focuses on the internal tooling around customer handling. A range of topics are covered: onboarding, customer data handling, metered billing, invoicing, support, and more.
Some of the challenges you will be working on:
- Design and maintain our customer management platform
- Design and maintain our usage metering platform
- Improve the auditability of our systems
- Cooperate closely with business-focused teams
- Take part to BI and accounting activities
- Participate in code & changes reviews
Ideal candidates:
- Are strongly familiar with data modelling and querying (SQL and other data stores)
- Have experience with Clojure programming
- Are able to understand Python code
- Are familiar with stream processing concepts and systems such as Apache Kafka and Kafka Streams
- Are able to build simple web-based user interfaces
- Are familiar with common application operation topics such as CI systems and runtime environments
