B: Job description:

1. Elbit systems Switzerland is ongoing work on a large project with the Swiss army. We are now looking to recruit a Radio & Intercom technician in the company who will join the Field engineering & technical support team.
2. the Job includes technical support in diverse environment: Labs, tactical platforms, and factories

C: Training & Experience: 

1. Radio & intercom technicians receive on-the-job training from their supervisors or other experienced technicians. This training helps the technician learn the specific procedures and processes of the organization. Radio technicians can also receive training through internships. During an internship, the technician gains practical experience in a radio communications center.

D: Education & Experience:

1. Preferred associate’s degree or a post-secondary certificate
2. Experienced with operation of measuring equipment etc.: VSWR meter, RF analyzer & Voltmeter
3. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
4. Experience with operation and problem solving of Tactical Radio & intercom systems
5. Preferred Experience with operation of Tactical Radio & intercom in Military environment (tactical platforms)

E: Job Responsibilities:

1. installing computer hardware and software such as applications on a computer system
2. Setting up, testing, and maintaining radios, equipment racks, intercom systems, and other equipment used in radio stations
3. Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wires and cables used in electronic equipment repair and installation
4. Testing Radio, intercom & communication system in Tactical army platform
5. Performing on site solution and problem finding on the systems
6. troubleshoot issues with equipment and connections in tactical platforms and lab environments
7. operating measuring equipment for radio, intercom & communication systems in tactical platforms & lab environment
8. Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting
9. Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
