In this role you will be responsible for continuously improve quality processes to further increase part quality, productivity in the supply chain and to reduce process disruptions in incoming goods inspection due to unnecessary inventory checks without compromising quality and handling non conformity reports. You will be reporting to the Team leader SCM Quality and work closely with technical purchasing, incoming goods inspectors and with quality specialists.
Your responsibilities:

Ensure component quality in close cooperation with technical purchasing and incoming goods inspection

Leading and driving forward process improvement projects

Continuous improvement of quality control processes to strengthen efficiency

Creation and analysis of Quality data

Handling and processing complaints as well as implementing effective improvement measures

Definition, maintenance and monitoring of inspection plans for the incoming goods department

Support serial part approval process (similar to PPAP) to ensure process stability for new parts
Your background:
-
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Quality specialist or similar

Supplier quality process control knowledge
-
Analytical way of thinking
-
Lean Six Sigma, SAP, Green Belt knowledge would be a great plus
-
Experience in international environment and strong communication skills

Strong cross-functional working ability

Good command of German and English, both spoken and written
