About the JobThe Marketing Content Specialist's role is crucial for developing and disseminating compelling content across various channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement, supporting Sefar's strategic objectives.
Your RoleThis position ensures that all content aligns with the company's marketing goals and audience needs, driving the effective communication of Sefar's value proposition and supporting its global marketing efforts.

 
Your Tasks

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why. Continuous evolvement of strategy is a must.
  • Create engaging and informative content tailored to the target audience across various platforms, including print, social media, and the company website. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and user engagement. Manage content calendars and distribution strategies to meet business objectives.​​​
  • Utilize web analytics tools to analyze content performance and user engagement. Generate reports for management on content strategy success and areas for improvement. Use insights to refine content strategies and increase effectiveness.

Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in branded content writing in an industrial B2B environment, or in media or advertising agencies.
  • Education in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or similar.
  • Experienced in digital marketing and how to optimize content in digital channels.
  • Experience working with creative and technical teams in an industrial setting.
  • Familiarity with content analysis and impact measurement tools.

In addition to your experience, we are looking for someone with:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a knack for engaging in global, multidisciplinary teamwork.
  • Comprehensive expertise across communication fields, including a deep understanding of B2B customer communications, and the tools and processes that support these activities.
  • A passionate and creative approach to identifying and catering to target audiences through the most effective channels and content types.
  • Proficiency in content creation and management, coupled with analytical skills to evaluate content performance. This includes SEO, digital marketing tools, and the ability to leverage insights for strategy optimization.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, teamwork, and a results-oriented mindset, underpinned by a detail-oriented and problem-solving approach.
