Your tasks
- IT coordination regarding outsourced activities operations and project tasks for the site & production environment
- First-level support of insourced infrastructure and end-users workplaces
- Application support
- Contribution in cooperation with external providers, to flawless operation/support of insourced and outsourced ICT infrastructure and applications
- Participation in smaller GFMS ICT projects
- Follow-up of administrative and operational activities for user accounts and equipments
Your profile
- IT Technician Advanced Diploma or Higher Education and/or succesful track record in IT Support Operations and Applications.
- Minimum of 5 years in IT Support and/or IT Coordination
- German mother tongue, English (oral and written), French would be appreciated
- Previous experience in System administration (Microsoft Environment)
- Proficiency in network administration and IT troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills to interact with end-users and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
