Badenoch & Clark Suisse, expert in Interim Management, is looking for a HR Business Partner for one of his main client.
The role :
In this role of an HR Business Partner ;
- You will be responsible for supporting managers in all areas of the employee life cycle : recruitment, performance management, training and development, career and succession planning, reward and leavers.
- You will advise your partners on technical aspects of employment in Switzerland and ensure compliance with local legislation.
- You will provide support in the development and deployment of key HR projects.
- You will share best practice with your team members.
The ideal candidate :
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role
- Experience of managing organizational change, implementing projects and strategic change initiative
- Ability to convince and bring teams together
- Team Player, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional approach with a “can-do” attitude
- French and English fluent – German a strong plus
