As a Head of Group Business Continuity Management and Operational Resilience you are part of the Group Operational Risk team in Geneva. You are in charge of developing, maintaining and implementing the business continuity management framework and you are responsible of the implementation of operational resilience at Group level.

YOUR ROLE

Operational Resilience:

  • Review and potentially adjust the critical functions and their tolerances to disruption;

  • Manage the different initiatives to ensure our operational resilience within the Group;

  • Coordinate the testing around the critical functions and the action plans correlated to those table top exercises;

  • Be the single point of contact for all operational resilience matters.

  • Business Continuity Management:

  • Articulate the Business Continuity Strategy and drive its implementation

  • Maintain and embed the business continuity framework;

  • Ensure that all the information correlated to continuity are up to date and that corrective actions are in place if needed;

  • Provide direct support to the business lines and all the entities of the Group to formalize and implement business continuity plans (Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plans, trainings, crisis management);

  • Educate our stakeholders in terms of best practices around business continuity:

  • Report to senior management on existing business continuity initiatives, issues and action plans;

  • Ensure effective and efficient business continuity & resilience governance, organization and processes;

  • Coordinate the developments and the maintenance of the business continuity tool.

  • YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 10 years of experience in business continuity management in a financial institution;

  • Deep understanding of banking business and operational processes

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Swiss regulation especially of the FINMA Circ.- 23/1 Operational Risk and resilience and good understanding of the European regulation on Digital Operational Resilience knowledge (DORA)

  • Solutions oriented and hands on profile

  • Excellent communication skills, capable to popularize and to train all our stakeholders

  • Capable to resist to stress and to deal with difficult situations

  • Fluent, both orally and in writing, in French and English;

  • Resident in Switzerland
