Job Title: Franchise Manager Immunology and Biologic Launch Lead
Location: Düsseldorf, Germany - Hybrid (3 days in office - 2 days home office)

Job Description
As the Senior Brand Manager Biologic Launch Lead, you are responsible for developing and executing the launch plan related to Galderma's first biologic launch. This is a unique opportunity to launch a promising indication and to be part of a fast-growing company.

You will report into the Business Unit Head of Rx and will be responsible for the successful launch of Nemolizumab.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the execution of Nemolizumab's German launch strategy, with a strong emphasis on an efficient execution of the launch plan.
  • Collaborative Coordination: Foster effective teamwork among cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.
  • Execution Oversight: Take charge of overseeing the implementation of launch activities, closely monitoring progress, and proactively making adjustments to optimize the strategy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture key relationships, spearhead commercial initiatives, and work closely with the medical team on engaging key opinion leaders.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze data and insights to inform the launch strategy, ensuring that Nemolizumab stands out in the market.
  • Budget Management Excellence: Collaborate internally to effectively allocate resources, closely manage the launch budget, and ensure that every action aligns with the financial plan.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a science discipline or a related field or any equivalence by experience is desired.
  • A first experience in biologics/immunology/JAK inhibitor is preferable
  • Experience as a brand manager in a pharma, biotech, or consultancy company having worked for pharma/biotech.
  • Having experience launching products is an additional plus
