Test Engineer
You will have the following responsibilities
- You will be working with testing activities related to our core banking systems, ensuring the robustness and reliability of crucial financial functionalities
- You will play a key role in our projects to identify, based on your tests cases, issues occurring from newly implemented or enlarged functionalities in our system landscape
- You work as sparring-partner for our Product Owners, Developers and architects in close collaboration
- You will consult and inform both technical teams and business stakeholders regarding test results and test cases
- Your daily tasks will include execution of functional tests, management of the test sets and documentation of the test results
- You will ensure that the functional business requirements and objectives are correctly reflected in the solutions provided by writing Acceptance Criteria, Test Cases and maintaining test-sets
What you bring along?
- Experience with IT systems in the financial sector and especially in core banking systems
- 3-5 years of experience as either (Functional) Test Engineer, Automation Tester or Requirements Engineer
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in business or computer science / engineering and knowledge in the other respective area
- Strong knowledge of Testing in an agile Software Development Processes
- We consider it an advantage if you are able to manage complex communication and negotiations from different perspectives and interests
- You are able to work both in a team and independently and engage with your colleagues, including knowledge sharing. You explain complex issues in a simple way and can independently identify and raise any issues occurring
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
