Your Team

The Swiss SAP Practice is the presales and delivery team across Switzerland in charge to drive the rapid expansion of our SAP business in the Renewable Enterprise Domain (S/4HANA, BTP and SaaS/PaaS Apps, Intelligent Industries, Cloud). We spend every day focused on developing opportunities directly with clients and partners, helping them get the best business value from their SAP transformation. With more than 500 SAP S/4HANA projects in Europe, a unique value-driven end-to-end transformation approach, Capgemini offers you to work on the most interesting SAP S/4HANA projects in Switzerland

Your key responsibilities

  • SAP SD Expertise: Proven track record in successfully implementing and configuring SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) solutions across diverse industries. Specific expertise lies in order management, pricing, and delivery processing functionalities within the SD module, with significant experience leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities.

  • Functional Consulting Experience: Extensive experience as a functional consultant on SAP projects, encompassing requirement gathering, business process design, and providing post-implementation support. This includes substantial involvement in SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of SD processes.

  • Business Process Alignment: Possess a strong understanding of industry-specific business processes and adept at aligning SAP solutions seamlessly with client requirements. Focus on optimizing sales and distribution processes to enhance operational efficiency, with particular emphasis on leveraging SAP S/4HANA functionalities.

  • User Training: Skilled in conducting tailored end-user training sessions to ensure optimal utilization and effective adoption of SAP systems.

  • Change Management: Proficient in evaluating the impact of SAP changes on business operations and implementing change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.

  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Capable of mentoring junior team members and maintaining a client-focused approach, especially in SAP S/4HANA implementations where teamwork and communication are critical for success.

What we expect from you

 

  • Profound proficiency in SAP S/4HANA across SD modules
  • Proven experience implementing SAP S/4HANA
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong leadership abilities, including team management and knowledge sharing
  • Client-centric mindset and the ability to collaborate with multicultural teams
  • Between 6 and 15 years of relevant experience in SAP and transformation projects
  • Fluency in English + proficiency in either German or French
