International Sales Engineer

The Company

Our client is an international corporation that develops, manufactures and distributes industrial components in the area of measuring technology.

Main Responsibilities:

- Hold the relationship with international distributors in dedicated geographical areas: Italy, Spain, France, Portugal and Latin America 

- Coordinate sales activities:  This coordination involves sales tasks like key account management, support the distributors in this markets and the synthesis of market and technical information

- Giving technical presentations to distributors and the subsidaries in Germany as well like visit the most important fairs in this industry

- Providing pre-sales technical assistance, build international relationships and supporting field sales in many areas

- At trade shows, conferences and customer visits you will collect information about the market helping us to improve our sales strategies and to drive subsidiaries and agents to penetrate the market using existing strategies

- Main clients are coming from the industry, automotive, aviation, marine and the field of engines 

 

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Industrial background (International sales experience)
  • At least 3-4 years of sales experience in this area
  • Ideally experienced in selling measurement systems
  • Proven sales track record especially within the industry
  • Mix of a hunter and an analytical Sales professional
  • Excellent track record for performance 
  • Fluent German, English and Spanish would be perfect
