support our partner eqip in sourcing one of their contracting requirements for a
Financial Service customer in Zurich:

FIRST LEVEL SUPPORTER – 40%

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Looking for a friendly,
  initiative, service and customer-oriented personality who supports operating
  and maintaining our IT infrastructure.
• As First Level
  Supporter / Stager will serve primarily the internal employees and help with
  the smooth and professional delivery of services.
• Manage devices in AD, SCCM and JamfPro on a basic
  level
• Remove and clean old HW devices, decommission and
  auction track
• Test new IT equipment and deliver
• Troubleshooting standard SW
• User and software management
• Basic HW reparation (Battery fault, RAM upgrade…)
• Tech supporting company events
• Standard Meeting room setup
• Handling requests via ticketing system, phone or
  direct approach from other employees

YOUR PROFILE

• College/technical
  training in computer science
• Fluent in
  English (written and spoken)
• Experience
  with Infrastructure (Windows 10, Office, etc), MacOS and Linux System
  Administration, Deployment, Patch Mgmt, SCCM, JamfPro
• Basic
  knowledge from MacOS and Linux System Administration
• Software
  Deployment and Patch Management with Microsoft System Center Configuration
  Manager would be a plus

YOUR PERSPECTIVE

Working hours are flexible. Contract might be extended and also
occupancy might go up.
